GHC works with Peace Corps to train volunteers on key principles of behavior change and how to use our tools in their communities. The fundamental role of Peace Corps volunteers is as agents of change, whether they bring new forestry and agriculture techniques to their site or health and education expertise. In addition to trying to motivate change in others, Peace Corps volunteers often experience great changes in themselves. Understanding principles of behavior change helps them cope with the rewards and frustrations of their work as both people and professionals.
